Poor quality, not as pictured.
This is a poor quality decal. Image is not what I received. Proportions of blue, white and red are incorrect and there is an uneven white border around outer blue circle. I don't think it was advertised as vinyl, but it is low quality material, not suitable for much. Delivery was also slow.
