You get what you pay for
Do not buy this rope. I needed 3. 25' x 1/4" ropes. So I orderd them thinking it was a good price. Well you get what you pay for. The rope set was not all 1/4" one piece was but damaged. The other two ropes are smaller than 1/4". .so all sed and done the rope is useless to me know. DON'T wast your money

Not really 1/4 inch
This cord may be as strong and durable as claimed, but it’s 1/4” only in the sense that a wood 2x4 is 2” by 4”. Squish it together a little and it’s barely 3/16”. Stretch it a little and it’s near to 1/8”. My use case is to replace 1/8” parachute cord which was probably as strong or stronger but is old, stretched and looks sun bleached and weak now. 2x4s are 1.5”x3,5”, 1/2” plywood is 15/32”, a “half gallon” of ice cream is 3/4ths of that. Shrinkflation abides and now it seems 1/4” cord isn’t 1/4”. I’ll keep it but hmph and bah humbug and a stink eye to this trend.
