Love these they have sticky in the bottom of them so they don’t move around in your shoe. They’re comfortable and I’ve wore many different types. I ordered eight pairs of these. Dr. Schulz used to sell these and now have discontinued them. I use them in every pair of my shoes.

These feel great, but they slide around in your shoe.

These are not worth the money they do not stay where you put them in your shoe, and they aren't very comfortable.

I found out about 6 weeks ago that I have plantar fasciitis in my heel after dealing with the pain and putting off a doctor's visit for over a year. I decided I'd first try a cheap heel pad before looking at more expensive options, and I'm completely surprised at how much these pads help. Since only 1 of my heels hurts, I stuck a pad in 2 different shoes so I don't have to keep switching them around every time I wear a different pair. I've had these for a month and I can tell a HUGE difference in the pain level when I use these pads compared to my regular soles.The reason why I'm deducting a star is because they're quite thin, and because they don't stay in place very well. I finally corrected that problem with some double-sided tape, but you'd think the soft rubber would do a better job at staying in place when you walk. Overall though, they're much better than I expected for $6.**EDIT**I've had these inserts for a year now and they still work well. They're showing the usual wear and tear, but I've yet to replace them. They definitely help when I'm on my feet for extended periods. I have a pair of Sketchers with memory foam insoles and they don't work nearly as well as these do, so I use these even with those insoles. They could be a bit thicker for more padding, but hey, for $6 they're great.

Had some shoes that were wearing out prematurely on the inside but looked great on the outside. These heel cups were a great addition to regain the comfort of the shoe and fit well. The problem was that they don't stay in place and end up all all over the place in my shoe within a minute or two. Throughout the day I'm constantly having to slide them back into place.Maybe it was because they were not installed in a brand new shoe. Either way, they're just not usable.

Besides providing a comfy cushion for my heels, these also lift my heel enough to keep my ankle bones from rubbing on the shoe. I prefer having the gel covered with material like these are. The plain gel inserts have an uncomfortable, sticky feeling.
