This was my 5th one! Best rack for larger gun safes. Made out of lightweight hard foam and non marking/marring plastic. These are soft enough to keep your guns' finish in excellent shape. The plastic in between guns extends up high enough so your guns won't touch each other. It accommodates guns up to full size duty guns. It's compact size will allow you to fit two 12 gun racks side by side on each shelve of a larger safe. It's also a space saver. Can't say enough good things about it. Your safe gun rack search is over! Just get this one. Only downside; sometimes they can be out of stock for a long time.

I like this pistol rack. Fits in the safe perfect and able to hold my pistols securely in place. Only issue is that it’s to big for my CCW but is not a deal breaker for me because that pistol is with me always. This is more for medium to full size pistols.

Pretty decent little organizer for pistols on the shelf.I start off from large to small, Shield on the left all the way up to the 629 classic on the far right, it holds all of them well and the smaller guns leave room for you to toss your spare carry mag right behind the pistol makes the morning CCW dance just that much easier, also it just looks really cool to see all of your pistols neatly organized in a row standing up ready to go to the range or the trail, i really like this thing over the steel racks i had before, i feel like this protects the guns and the finish a bit more and i like how the gun just kinda sits in there so it's really easy to grab and go and it's pretty easy to put back as well.the bottom is made of a soft foam cushion and the interior is fully lined minus the plastic dividers, it's managed to hold every common pistol on the market but does seem to struggle with pistols that have extended barrels and things attached to under rails, they'll still fit but just a bit awkward and the OCD side of me is a bit irked by something being a tad bit out of line. that said, no issues if you don't have anything on the rail underneath or it's a long slide and the device is set back from the end a bit.my only real gripe is i wish the plastic dividers where a bit thicker on the ends, i found them to be a bit flimsy as it is easy to bend them, though they spring right back to shape and i don't question that they won't break because that's not what I'm saying, I'd just like them to be a bit more ridged so if i have a heavy gun needing to lean a bit in the channel it didn't flex at as much, i would assume this is remedied by expanding with another one of these on the other side or butting one end up against a wall.That said, great product and as my collection grows I'll be using these guys to organize my safe until i find something better, but honestly for the price i don't see how you can beat something like this.

Safe space is a very high premium. This product really amazed me in that it not only helped me organize my pistols properly it gave me a serious amount of wasted space back. The dimensions provided for the product are accurate. These sit perfectly on my top shelf providing quick identification of the pistols in each slot. I should mention that you can easily pull a pistol free in an emergency but you'll have to adjust your grip. This product is not a quick draw type holder if you're looking for that. For that you should look at the stand up model from BenchMaster.1911 type Pistols fit well with about 1 inch of hang over for the 5 inch. The smallest pistol I was able to place as depicted in the product photo was a 3.3 inch barrel. Anything smaller than that probably won't fit properly. The materials seem strong enough to provide years of service just sitting on your shelves. The foam is quite dense yet acquires the pistols 'foot print' after a couple days. I believe the foam is tough enough for it's job as is. The plastic ends/ dividers are light weight but still hold the unit up with a full load of 1911's. I'm only speaking here for use as storage with this product. I'm sure it can be used in a range bag. If I were to use it that way, I would look at the stand up version since that actually holds onto the pistols a bit better than this model. Basically I guess my point is that if you're looking to get rid of those factory cases that take up lots of Safe Space, be able to see and get your hands on your pieces and have some room left for other stuff this is a good choice. Those factory cases can go into a large tote somewhere in long term storage. I think some people would use this product in a range bag, since it can be done.

This pistol rack is perfect for storing guns in a safe. Plenty sturdy and it efficiently stores pistols in the smallest space possible - a very good value.

Fits perfectly inside the safe so you can grab whatever you want quickly and safely. I’d recommend it for someone w a few guns. :) It’s helps keep them separated, safe and organized.

I like the organizer and it fits well in my safe. Materials soft enough to not worry about any damage to the finish on the firearms. Dividers seem sturdy and flexible. In my opinion its a little expensive for foam and plastic though

I have used this brand of pistol rack for years and they have worked out well. I purchased the adjustable length version thinking I might make two separate racks but ultimately decided to use all the parts and make a single 12 pistol rack. The overall length of the rack is approximately 22” inches. You are supposed to cut 3 equal lengths of the supplied tubing which would require 66” in total. However, they only supplied a 60” long section. I contacted the manufacturer directly but they offered no resolution to this problem. Not having enough material for a third support, and rather than returning it I cut up an old aluminum tent pole and glued the crap out of the tubing ends to make it work.
