I've found that taking the daily dose (two capsules) with coffee helps considerably with focus in the a.m. It's a great complement to coffee in my experience. I expect that for many it would take the edge off of that second cup of coffee.The constituent ingredients compare very favorably to other exorbitantly priced supplements, including some I do like (e.g. Genius brand). You get a lot of bang for the buck here. The best find in a long time.This has been a rough time. You may wish to split the dose into a.m. and p.m. or even to forego one of the doses in the interest of economy.

Been trying these Mediate vitamins for over two weeks. They have helped me control my stress and especially my focus while working from home. I’m loving them. Amazed at the great contents. Ashawaganda isn’t great for memory. Blueberry is a super food. Love that the are cGMP certified, non-GMO and vegan. They also have what they call Neurofactor and GABA which is supposed to support brain health and good sleep. I don’t know much about these, but I have been sleeping better! I received these complimentary to try out. I would recommend them.

I took a chance on this supplement because I was looking for a source of DHH-b. This has that and more. It definitely promotes a sense of calm, and I am able to enjoy activities with more focus and relaxation. My only compliant is that it seems to make me clench my jaw for some reason. I get the same thing from coffee, so might be the coffee fruit extract in it. I would like to see a product that doesn't have the coffee fruit in it, but has all the other ingredients.

I used this one time and had horrific nightmares and then felt drugged the next day? Then I can’t even return it? If I had known this I would have never bought the product. I am HealthCoach, and I will not be recommending Codeage products to any of my clients.

I felt like they helped with sleep a bit TBH I didn't notice a huge diffrent. Maybe it takes more than a month?

I got this product because of all the good ingredients in it. We all have stress and anxiety issues, and this is a great product to use to help with those things without putting a bunch of bad stuff into our bodies. I definitely recommend!
