Caused itching!
I use hydrocortisone on my eyelids because they get dry and itchy. A short time after using this product they started itching constantly. I decided to switch back to the previous brand I had been using and within 2 days the itching stopped and hasn't come back.This product did the opposite of what it is supposed to, or possibly did not contain the active ingredient it said it did.
