I've had several editions of this book and I've always liked its clear explanations and concise language.

A very good book with extensive information. Highly recommended!

Great Book must have and Read

This is a great study for those needing to brush up on GI topics. My only complaint is the letters are blurred on several pages, making it uncomfortable to read for long periods.

The contents are not bad, but not comprehensive. "(Gastric) Intestinal Metaplasia" is not even in the Index section, and the topic is nowhere to be found in the book. Disappointing, and odd. The book frame's binding is quite poor. Many pages are very loose, and some already falling out. The paper quality, font selection, paragraph setting, and the graphic, however, are all excellent and the book itself is otherwise enjoyable to read.Update - I contacted the publisher (McGraw Hill)and discussed about the returning the book. The rep said they would not accept it. They would not refund or offer a replacement. A few days later, I decided to return it anyway to the "return address" they mentioned on the website, as I did not want it anymore, as the book was falling apart and I was not able to read. So I paid the postage and packaging and returned it with delivery confirmation. A few days later I received an email from the rep and told me, the book was received, and then destroyed. I would get nothing back. OK. Fine. No problem.
