The XL says over 16 inches. 16 to what? 18? 20?

There isn't any place to select the size when ordering. How do I select the size then?

Thank you for your question. The Small/ Medium (BAWE16) is not available at the moment. That is why you are not given a size option. We apologize for the confusion. The BAWE16 should be back in stock soon.

What size of cold packs do you buy for replacements? Where can I get them?

Thank you for your question. The Small/Medium Elbow wrap uses the 4.5x6.5 pack (Model # BAWP005). These packs are available on Amazon. The Large/Extra Large Elbow wrap uses the 6x9 pack (Model # BAWP006). These packs are available for purchase from the manufacturer.

Hello do you have a Large size.? Or is it one size fits all?

There are two sizes of the ActiveWrap elbow wrap, Small/Medium (AWBAWE16) fits an adult arm with 10”-16” circumference. Large/XLarge (AWBAWE15) fits an adult arm measuring over 16” in circumference. Measure 3" above the elbow to ensure an accurate measurement. Please contact us if you need assistance with sizing!
