Have always and still love this fragrance. Perfect summer scent

Smells good but doesn’t stay on all day

The smell of the perfume is not what I remember it to be. It also doesn't last. It seems I paid for a lightly fragranced water. Very disappointing. Two stars was generous. Will not buy again.

I absolutely love this perfume, it has always been one of my favorite sents.

Funny thing is it doesn't smell at all like my Laura Ashley No 1 that I know and love. FAKE FAKE FAKE! Bottle is different, font is different, and it says that this product is not returnable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not was the smell I was looking for but I like it

This is definitely NOT the LA #1 I wore 30 years ago. Their website even says as much. It's been redesigned. Not what I wanted to hear but happy about the honesty. I think it has a very nice scent and it's quite close to the original but it's not the original. I was afraid of that when I saw how much lower the price was from what I paid back in the day. Don't get me wrong, it's a lovely scent but it fades so quickly. I had to reapply several times throughout the day which I never had to do with the original Laura Ashley. I went through the LA website and had them send me a free sample (a vial came, not a sprayed card) which gave me a very good idea of what this new version was like. Amazon is selling the real thing. The sample didn't have staying power either but at the price Amazon was selling it, I felt I'd give it a chance. By the way, the price was about the same from the LA website so I knew Amazon had the real deal. Overall, it's a great scent at a very reasonable price so you won't be disappointed in those terms. It is a bit different from the original but if you can get beyond that I think you'll enjoy this perfume a lot.
