Just one pill in the morning is enough to last all day. These have the SAME ketogenic power as the Prescription pills Xenical. In other words, you might literally defecate out the fat you consume the prior day. I once heard a lady over the radio state that she thought she was going to "cut the cheese," but she "poured the nacho sauce" instead. As a result, she had to leave work early to go home and wash her clothes; take a shower; etc. That wouldn't have been an option for me, because when I worked full-time, I wore expensive skirted suits (circa $400.00), business-style dresses (circa $300.00), or skirts with silk blouses, sweaters, and/or blazers.
