Quick to follow routines for different parts of your day
A new approach for me to have programs specifically for the time of day called rise, power up, energize and recharge which can be used to match your own needs and how you feel during the day rather than just one set of moves which most programs have.As ever dean's instructions are clear and easy to follow but for me I find the fact he does the whole program for you to follow along with all the breaths and repetitions guidance so you get times and flows correct. I also liked the extend options on some of the programs to allow you to do anything from 15min burst to a full session depending on your time each day.The re-charge one is specifically to relax you, while it still pushes you I have found it does help calm and relax at the end of the day and helps clears the day leaving you more relaxed for sleep.

Excellent Yoga DVD
I've been using this DVD consistently for the past few weeks and have noticed an overall increase in my strength and flexibility. I like the different sections for different times of the day which means there is something to suit any mood whether you want an intense workout or you want something to help relax and unwind. The instructor gives very detailed and precise instructions and really knows what he's talking about. I'm not a yoga newbie however the structure of the workouts and instruction set means anyone from beginner to advanced can jump in and find something that suits them.The background music isn't intrusive and goes well with the workouts, the production is very good and of high quality and overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this DVD to anyone looking to improve their mobility, flexibility, gain strength and improve their general health and fitness.

Good programme
What I like about this programme is that you are told what to do and what you should be feeling rather than trying to imitate a posture. It is also an exercise in mindfulness focussing on your breathing and doing the postures without any spiritual element. The other think I like is that you can choose between long and short sessions and have something available that suits the time of day and the time you have available. Needless to say if you put everything into the workouts they can be challenging but if you just want/need something less challenging then just do one of the shorter sessions. So very flexible and you also feel good after a session.

My Go-To Yoga Workout
I've been following Dean's workout's for the last 6 months now. It's been a total game-changer in my resistance training and recovery time when I do this programme on a regular basis. I have my own morning routine to keep me awake, but when I want to switch it up (or when I'm feeling too tired to bother!), I throw one of Dean's workout on my laptop and I'm ready to roll. Handy DVD for when I'm away from home, all the key strength areas are targeted in one go. You also have the option for shorter workouts if strapped for time, which I find incredibly useful.

Great Program
There is a good mix of morning and evening routes of various lengths. I started Yoga by doing a variety of videos from various sources. I am far from the most athletic, coordinated or flexible of people. Came across Dean's Man Flow Yoga channel, on Youtube. Found the quality to be consistently very high. This DVD is no exception. You get clear instruction and plenty of helpful tips on poses.

Great yoga and fitness workouts to do at home during lockdown
There are four workouts, designed to be done at different times of the day. I did the Power Up workout this morning. It’s tough! But Dean is a great instructor who always gives clear direction. I’ve also subscribed to his strength foundations course on manflowyoga. During these weeks of lockdown I’ve benefited hugely from this dvd, the yoga boost dvd and the website content. Highly recommended.

Very Pleased
Mainly ordered for morning routines but I'm sure the other workouts will come in handy. Poses are explained clearly and include tips on what you should and shouldn't be feeling. There's a very inclusive feel to the presentation. Another great release from the studio.

Really good yoga programme for fitness
There is a good range of workouts with really clear instruction and high quality production. The approach is straightforward and fun, fitness focussed rather than spiritual.
