Great to help replensih chemical i lose due to ADHD medications.
I have ADHD and take adderall to help. I started to take these along with them (early in the morning) and it's helped clear brain fog and improve concentration so much. they REALLY shine when you take "medication vacations aka Take a break from your meds) they really help you get though easy. ( I notice they work best if you eat a small amount of lean protein when you take them and stay hydrated. I like a small tuna sandwich.)

Helped My Energy Levels
This gave me an energy boost, and that good feeling that I’d been looking for forever! I’ve been on medications for attention deficit disorder, but this added to my routine was a game changer.

Elevates mood and focus - actually works
It really does work. It is an amino acid that is a building block for dopamine so it helps the body create more dopamine, which is associated with higher mood and focus. It really does work. Keep in mind You should taper off slowly if you decrease it to give your body a chance to adjust

Didn’t notice much additional improvement
YMMV, but I didn’t notice much difference taking this even after 30 days of taking 1 per morning. I do take adderall to help my adhd and that still has the most noticeable impact.

Great Experience So Far
I ordered this supplement for a mental boost during exam preparation and taking my final exams. I’m a grad student with ADHD and some of my exams can be up to 6 hours long so I really wanted something that would help with my focus, mental endurance, and motivation. Additionally, prescribed stimulants can make me anxious and crash later in the day and I’ve read that l-tyrosine is helpful in alleviating these side effects.I have to say I think this really helped. I did a lot of research and found so many recommendations for l-tyrosine. It helps the body produce dopamine. I’ve used this brand for other supplements before and have had a great experience with it. I followed the directions and took it between meals 2-3x per day. I must admit that did take some other supplements as well, so I will update this review as I isolate this supplement to see if it’s still helping.Definitely recommend giving it a try. But absolutely do your research and be wary of taking anything long-term. Supplements aren’t regulated to the same extent as medications. There’s great information on NIH studies and Reddit pages so I recommend starting there. Everyone’s body/chemistry is different and we react to things differently so try not to have expectations and just see how your body responds. Be especially cautious if you have thyroid issues. I am no doctor but this is just coming from information I’ve read.
