Horrible power cord issue.
The usc c power cord and slot always needs to be readjusted to have power flowing. It also only get power from the laptop, I can't get it to power up with power brick with usb c.

On/Off Switch Broke after first use
Not ergonomic no adjustments possible. If you push on off button in, it won't stay in. If you hold it long enough it will stay on, but is a hassle. Happened within 60 days but no return option. Cheap and flimsy like cheaper models. Blows less air than my cheaper model. it is very quiet. Pretty lights, who gives a s___?

Not worth it's weight, or lack thereof.
This was to replace my CM Storm by Cooler Master. I have a lot of issues with it though.1. It claims it fits a 17" laptop, but my standard 17" laptop spills over every side.2. The Fan is On/Off with no control. The LED's (Only Blue) are directly connected to the fan, so either it's all ON or all OFF. Not a good design.3. There's no rubber grips so my laptop slides around the surface and doesn't stay in one place.4. There's no height adjustment like the CM Storm that allows any type of adjustment.5. The cost was higher that most Laptop Coolers and it's super lightweight/feels cheap.I'll be returning this.
