The $6 I invested in this hardtail bridge seemed too good to be true
This product is exactly as advertised. Works perfectly. I'm working on my first guitar build and I did not want to spend much money on a bridge in case the whole thing is a failure. The $6 I invested in this hardtail bridge seemed too good to be true. Wrong. It's better than good. I'm still kind of amazed that they can sell these so cheap. It bolts on properly, all of the adjustable features work properly, and they even included the right-size allen wrench for adjustment. Kudos to this AMERICAN company for making a solid product at an unbelievable price without any hidden fees/problems/snags.A word to consumers: chances are if you are shopping for a hardtail bridge then you know what you're shopping for. (and, again I cannot recommend this one highly enough!) But, in case you are unsure of what kind of bridge is what, THIS is a hardtail. It sits on top of the body of the guitar. The strings do not go through the body and there is no trem ("whammy") bar attachment. (just sharing b/c I had never used a hardtail bridge previous to this one and was a little unfamiliar until I researched it.)Again 5 stars for this excellent product from Jersey.***correction to this review: upon further research into LOTMUSIC, the company that makes this bridge, I found that it is NOT an American company. Not sure if the product is manufactured in China, or in the USA by a Chinese owned company. Either way, this does not change my opinion of the high quality product. (although I do feel like a bit of a chump for assuming that since it ships from New Jersey and arrived 2 days after ordering that it was produced in the USA.) Still an unbelievable deal on a solid product.

I have a stock Fender tremolo bridge that has those vintage saddles that I really don't like because I rest my hand there
I purchased this hardtail bridge for the saddles. I have a stock Fender tremolo bridge that has those vintage saddles that I really don't likebecause I rest my hand there. Well these saddles ($6.00) are closer to the ones that came stock on my Fender American model. It feels much smoother on my hand. I simply swapped out the old ones, keeping my original bridge right where it is and installed these newsaddles which work incredibly well and feel comfortable, they even look a whole lot nicer than what I had prior. I only needed the saddles. For $6.00 you can't get a sweeter deal!! If you do need a bridge and don't mind it being fixed, well this hardtail bridge is made sturdy - it will definitely give your guitar added sustain. For under $30.00 you can really upgrade a fair guitar with parts that Amazon has made available.

Hardware Works And Has Accurate String Spacing
Using this for a possible 4-string cigar box guitar build. Removed the two outside saddles and string spacing was fine for 2 inch oak stock bought at a big box hardware store.

Good hardtail bridge for a reasonable price
Good standard 6-string top loading hardtail bridge for your git. Whether you're replacing / updating a bridge on a standard electric or rocking out your cigar box guitar, this is a good, fully-adjustable bridge at a reasonable price.

Good, easy to install bridge
This would be a great bridge for a first project build. I am a fan of top-loading bridges generally but they are especially easy to install as they don't require string-through holes and the extra ferules and such to make them work. Quality-wise, this works and cost under ten bucks. All the adjustment screws work and there is enough travel to allow some leeway as far as getting the bridge in just the right place. It is not the same quality as, say, a G&L top-loader, and feels a bit thin and insubstantial but I've had no trouble with the thing. I'll update this review if it corrodes and falls apart after six months of use but for now I'm calling it good.

Like A Bridge Under Troubled Guitar Strings....
I really like the simplicity of this bridge. It adjusts easy for string height and length. It comes with all the mounting screws and even a small allen wrench to make the height adjustments. The provided mounting screws are Phillips head screws. The one thing that I missed when I ordered this was the fact that it is not a bridge for string-thru the guitar body placement. The strings dead end to the stop-flair of the plate. I included a picture of this so it may help to make others aware that it is not for string-thru applications. No biggie tho for me, I will use it on another project now.

It is useless without some kind of mod to hold it in ...
This is made for a Fender I tried it on a DIY PRS kit that has a similar bridge height to the Strat. The bride gets the height right but then the problems start. Without the string going through the body, there isn't enough tension to hold the string saddles in place. Not only does the saddle move side to side, it also rattles as it bounces up and down. It got two stars instead of one due to price. It is useless without some kind of mod to hold it in place.
