great knife for the price and I even like the color
I've ordered more than 40 knives from Tac Force and have only been disappointed once. This knife looks good (even for a hard plastic handle). I used it almost every day while being deployed. The clip on the side keeps it firmly in place in the side pocket and it is always there when I grab for it, no need to even look. It opens quick and easy with one hand and locks into place. The blade on this model seems just a bit more heavy duty compared to some of the other knives, something I rather like. Don't seem to have to sharpen it that often, so it is very likely that I'll look to get this one again in the future if the need arises.

Nice knife for the price.
Price point was nice. The knife needed worked on right out of the box. The blade lock would not engage until bent into place. The knife was very stiff and spring assist was not able to overcome the stiffness. Once I took it apart and adjusted it worked well and the blade was very sharp. Overall a nice knife for the price if you don't mind doing a little work.

The picture looks like a wood handle
well built. The picture looks like a wood handle, It's not. The picture looks better. That being said. After a couple of quick strokes on my sharping stone. It would shave hair on my arm. The grinding on the blade looked perfect as did the quality of the blade and action of the knife. I gave this as a gift so I don't know how well it holds a edge. But if I needed another knife I would purchase this again.Maybe with a different handle.

One year and broken
I've had this knife for just over a year and an internal fastener has broken. The knife will no longer open or close properly and is unsafe and unusable. I tried to find the manufacturer's contact info to inquire about warranty info but I've been unable to find anything. This is my 4th tac-force knife and the first one that I've had a problem with. But it's enough to turn me off of the brand entirely and start buying more expensive brands simply for the support/warranty.

blade lock mechanism failed unsafe to use
The blade locking mechanism does not lock the blade when the blade is fully extended. It's very unsafe and can cut someone fingers if the blade accidentally fold back. I had to disassemble the knife to fix the spring tab to lock the blade correctly. Cheap material, will see how long this knife last.

Nice knife for the money
Nice knife for the money. Has good weight and seems to be made well. Assisted opening works well, all metal. I have purchased numerous Tac-Force knives and they have all been worth the money.

Good knife for a great price
I've purchase over 40 knives from Tac Force. They keep the edge fairly well and open easily one-handed. The grip on this one fits well and the added bonus of a seat belt cutter and glass breaker makes for a definite place when hunting or simply in the car for an emergency. Although the cutter was primarily to cut seat belts, I found it works great for numerous small things like cutting string, 550 cord, thin rope, etc. No worry to pull out the big blade when you don't have to.
