I love this product!Now only use regular tamari as a cooking agent.

Taste is just what I wanted.

Smooth unctuous flavourful umami it’s got it all and the best thing of all it’s clean😎will buy again…the loveliest tamari/shoyu I’ve ever had the pleasure of using…their miso is next on my shopping list…many thanks for the devotion to our health master miso🙏 Edit: It’s still fab and I wanted to add that the bottle design is also terrific bc it doesn’t leak. At all. All other shoyus etc I’ve tried all leak after the lid is put back on (and of course used up faster = have to buy again faster). Attention to detail is obvious. Many thanks again.

Superior saucey

This is an excellent product!

This arrived with the lid unsealed and much of the product leaked out. Some even got on the envelope of another product in the same package. Once I figured out no broken glass was involved I salvaged about 1/3 of the bottle so I’ll report later on the actual product.

Dark and rich, much more umami flavor than salty. Great on everything.

Wonderful for broth and adding rich flavor to any dish. I'm so glad I found this - it has so many uses. I can even use it in a cup of hot water for a comforting warm drink instead of tea. Recommended.
