Poor quality paint.
Paint quality is very poor. I’ve had it for less than two months and at least 50% of paint has already flaked off. Likely to be a rusty soon. Otherwise works well and does its job.

3in lift max, no hydraulic hold
On my drive to work this morning in freezing rain, my tire popped and I careened off the road almost off a mountain. Thankfully, I didn’t.I’d bought this jack over the summer as my emergency jack since my car didn’t come with one. It seemed pretty beefy, wide base, decent lift, insane weight capacity…. Surely a tire change on my little Subaru should be no problem for this beautiful orange beast.No.Got about 3” off the ground. Not enough to even take off the flat. Threw a couple 2x4 chunks under there to provide the missing lift, got the flat off, about to put the spare on when the thing had sunken almost completely back into itself, rotor narrowly in the dirt. With every further upward pump it just sank further downward. I must have made a mistake, surely, so I tried to tighten the hydraulic screw- it couldn’t tighten any more. I got a wrench out and cranked on that screw to make sure, still couldn’t tighten any more. Now, I’m no stranger to cars. I fully restored a ‘67 Mustang including transmission swaps and suspension upgrades. I used 4 bottle jacks from harbor freight to raise and level the four corners of the car and they held firm for about two weeks during a bigger project. I’m familiar with the hydraulic mechanisms and capabilities of many varieties of jack, and this one must either be a defect suggesting their QC is lacking, or they’re all just inferior jacks.Either way, this one is just bad. My refund expired months ago so I’ll never see that money again, but hopefully as I sit in my car on the side of the road waiting for someone with a real jack to drive by, I can write this up and save you from making the same mistake.Save your time and money, buy something else. Harbor Freight jacks aren’t the best but go up when you ask ‘em to and they cost a considerable amount less than this POS.

Leaks
I use my jack twice and it started leaking. What a mess.

Works well
Had our first blowout on our camper this past weekend. This did work well as long as we put a board underneath to get tire on. This is so easy to use and not so bulky.

Mighty little jack
I used this to assist in releveling a couple shipping containers. I didn't have a lot of room at one end, and it literally packed down the ground until I had enough space to operate. Once I could get some concrete patio block pieces under it to give a stable base, up she went. Very nice addition to my arsenal of solutions.
