Ok, there was a issue with shipping but eventually this mirror made it to my house and it is beautiful! Worth the wait, I'm glad I didn't cancel the order. This is the second motor with lights by this grand and both quit working a little over a year after we bought it.

Originally gave it one star because the first mirror I bought was inoperable/came without one of the wires to turn it on. I did an exchange, and the new mirror came in great condition and with all of the parts. It’s a great purchase if you get a complete order. Happy with it now. For the price, it’s a good deal. If you get any missing parts in your delivery, it’s faster to just exchange through Amazon than it is to go through the seller to fix the situation. I tried to go through the seller first, but it took a while to get a response, so Amazon came through and made me a happy customer in a matter of a couple of days.

I have had this mirror for almost 2 years now and it’s still going strong even through moving. It is so bright and you can adjust the brightness.
