This is my 2nd time buying the obvi burn, it works great I used it for a month and have had very noticeable results, my nails are growing and they are thicker, my skin is clearer but the biggest thing is the weight loss. Honestly 70%of the time I took 2 of the 4 that you're supposed to take daily. Usually I work out for 30 min 3-5 times a week, but during the month I took it I was lucky if I worked out once a week,Also it worked wonders for curbing excessive appetite. I usually suffer from sugar cravings especially chocolate, but by the 2 nd week I didn't desire it even when put in front of me, it was no different than seeing a beet. I know a lot of things work for younger women but I'm 40 so I'm impressed and highly recommend.

I gave in and bought this after seeing ads for it dozens of times while playing online games. I am 3 weeks in and just reordered! One of the things with thermogenics is the longer you use them the more effective they are. The collagen has definitely improved my nails, skin and hair which is a bonus. I am down 8 pounds in 3 weeks which includes 2 cheat days one of was Thanksgiving and in my first few days of using this. I track my weight diligently and without this product my weight would be up after a cheat day. With this I was totally surprised that the day after Thanksgiving which I ate a ton I was down 0.2 pounds. My second cheat day I was also down so this is definitely doing its job. The only downside was the heartburn or heartburps. My first few doses I just took with a little water and had some horrible burping that didn't last long. I increased my water intake when taking and this alleviated this problem. I haven't really noticed a decrease in appetite but this isn't really advertised for that.

I really wanted this work. I'm currently on my 3rd and what will be my last bottle. I have been taking exactly as directed and haven't seen any changes. No improvement in hair, skin, or nails. I have lost some weight but I was pairing this with weight watchers so, I think any weight loss that I have seen is related to the lifestyle change rather than these supplements. No appetite suppression. The only that I do notice is a slight boost in energy which I mostly notice when I have taken the second dose too late and can't fall asleep (ie. 4pm). Do drink a full glass of water when you take these!!! If not, the powder will find it's way back up and it burns your nose so badly.

They are okay. The burps are interesting.So I have been taking these consistently for about 2 weeks, alittle over that now. And for my hair and nails this is amazing. My nails are stronger and my hair (which I dye every 3-4 months) is seeming alot better.As for the burn part of this product I am not noticing any weight help to be honest. I do eat relatively alright but obviously we all engaged in our favorites from time to time. I work two jobs so I’m constantly moving and going, but I feel it is not doing much for helping me drop some of the extra weight which as I was hoping for. It does make me hydrate much more than before but that’s about it on that part of it and that’s following the recommended dosing and time framing.Not the worst but also not all that it made it up to be.

I bought these to try and get healthy. They didn't have an aftertaste and were easy to swallow capsules. I think they would have worked better if I would have stuck with it and taken them as directed. I don't have the willpower to stay focused so I'm not going to blame anyone but myself. I did feel better taking them and I'm sure they would work great if I were more dedicated. I would highly recommend this product. Please let me know if this review is helpful to you. I felt like it was helping with weight loss while it may have just been water weight I did drop down 2 pounds within the first week. However, I couldn't continue to take it. The heartburn was wild and I take nexium (a powerful antacid) so that tells you how bad the heartburn actually got. It also gave me these strong stomach cramps. It felt like when you need to find a bathroom ASAP for a number 2 possibly 3, BUT nope nothing, just the pain, and no relief. Combined with the pills not being eligible for a refund at least not via Amazon, I would say to save your money. Up to you if you want to gamble the $20 but in this economy it's just not worth it in my opinion. I do want to note that I did get the white capsules and not the pink ones. Not sure if that makes a difference in any way, but you can't exactly choose which color to receive.
