For BLO it is good, I like the consistency, isn't as thin linseed oil, and isn't too think. I think it goes on best after a 150 grit sand. I prefer using a rag and several coats. 1 a day for a week, then once a month for 3 months, then once a year.It really brings out the woods natural beauty. I also use it on stiff leather (knife sheaths, axe gaurds, and pouches)Now make sure you clean your rags! Yep it will self combust. I have been using BLO for almost 4 decades and it finally happen.Good product for the cost if you need a smaller size other than gallons.

Works great on the open pore wood dash for a Tesla Model 3! I did 3 light coats each on a different day. Small dab on a cloth and wiped it down with a clean cloth after soaking for a few minutes. Doesn’t take much at all! Used sparingly.

I have a 3 foot wooden bear that was getting faded and splitting do to the Texas sun and I put a large amount of this stuff on it and it almost looks brand new!

Item was probably fine but I was too scared to use it due to the instructions on the can. “Discard in a metal container” so it won’t spontaneously combust was too much pressure. Not diy friendly

It dried everything “wood” I wanted within 24 hrs and now they’re waterproofed
