these things have helped me tremendously with going out and living life! sometimes my period really needs a heating pad but I want to go out...this covers that perfectly. I've worn these out to shows many times and it lasts well over 8 hours. it's even made me sweat from how hot it gets! it isn't visible when wearing (black) leggings so it blends well.my one complaint is the adhesion isn't very good. when I pull down my underwear, the stretching causes it to get loose so it falls off sometimes but it can be put right back on. it's worth the extra step for how much freedom it provides.

I first saw them recommended by a content creator that said the essential oils helped her cramps. I can attest to the fact that these help my cramps way more than the heating pads I have purchased from CVS/local drug stores. I prefer the small size over the large size because the rectangle shape better fits the area I need vs. the U shape of the large size. The adhesion wears off a few hours in so I have experienced these falling off my clothes. I recommend finding a couple pairs of shorts that work well and making sure those are clean when that time of the month arrives! The heat lasts for a few hours, which is very ideal. These have gotten me through some really tough days, especially the times where I can’t bear to leave the house but I have some sort of commitment that day. I stock up and make sure I always have these on hand!!

These work amazingly to stop cramps you can’t feel that you are wearing them.

Not sure why I subscribed to these. They only work some of the time. Sometimes they don’t heat up at all. After they’ve been worn for a short time, all the heating stuff inside settles to the bottom of the patch, so it’s bulgy at the bottom, and falls off. Or, it’s bulgy at the bottom and burns that spot because all the heating stuff is there. Never again. Sticking with the thermacare ones even though they’re more expensive. At least those ones work.

I can't tell if I like these or not. Sometimes it's hard to feel the warmth and when it is noticeably warm it's weird like it feels nice but weird almost like the heat makes me nauseous. I don't know I'm weird but if you want a decent heating pad sure get these but I'm certain you can get similar pretty much anywhere.

I kept seeing these on various home restocking videos as I doom scrolled and decided to try them out. I purchased these and also a different brand that comes in a rectangular shape to compare them. I definitely prefer these. Not only did they stay warm longer, but the shape make it so that they stayed in place much better and were more unnoticeable under jeans. I will definitely repurchase these in the future when I run out.

It is advertised for period pain, but it’s also great on many other aches. Like when you need to be on the go and your neck is achy or your lower We have used it for those areas and the heat is so nice.
