I didn't realize how weak I was until I got these. HaHa. They are great though. I got these to assist with my shoulder replacement surgery, and they are great for some added resistance and strength training. Made well. Nice handle feel. Even a pretty color. They felt like real weights for some of the exercises I did. Added some great resistance for others. They float well, not getting waterlogged or warped. Softer than other brands so they permanently dent whenever I put any amount of pressure on them. Otherwise they seem to be the same as any others.

I have been teaching water fitness for 7 years . I am at a different pool each day . These are light weight and really effective for water workouts! They are comfortable to hold and offer great resistance. I would caution not to hold too tightly . I have 17 sets !

Exercise with them at the pool, work well.

I'm a 77 year old, overweight man. This product is perfect for getting a great pool workout. Good amount of resistance. Had my younger sister try it had she loved it as well. My only nitpick is I would like if the "bar" was a little thicker for larger griping hands.

Works well in the pool, Color good, doesn't flake off as easily as previous ones with coarser make up.We bought these things to work out,And get stronger in the pool.The material is pretty tight and good,So that is pretty cool.It dents quite easy, so watch out,To put anything on top.Don't let it go while under the water,Your eye may get a pop!
