When I received this case, I was shocked at its size and weight. To begin, it took up half of my 29" Olympia luggage. It was quite heavy for me to lift, and I see this being the only disadvantage going forward as I my muscle tone is not as it should be for a young person. The case is beautiful on the outside, and seems to have a very slight shine to it as displayed in the picture. It seems like a long lasting heavy duty plastic on the outside. The clips on the outside are a little bit flimsy, so take your time to ensure that you pay attention when closing them to preserve its life. The inside seems to be of good quality as well. Lots of room in there. The separators are movable so you can partition the upper channels as you want. The bottom seems to be carpeted neatly with some sort of suede-ish material. It comes with keys for the locks. I should mention that I am not a make up artist, and wont even call myself a makeup enthusiast. I do like makeup, and I have some quality items, but yet it seems like plenty for me, but certainly not enough for a makeup enthusiast. All my things can fit in this case; however it will be to heavy for me to carry around on trips to relatives, worse yet foreign. I wanted a large enough case for easily carrying around all my makeup and for use at home; and although this will be to heavy for me, I am so impressed with it that I must give it 5 stars. Please note before purchase I did read the reviews of this and several other products which said they were to small to fit all your make up; with the exception of this one, hence I went for this one. I guess many of those reviewers who indicated that the other cases were to small were probably makeup professionals or enthusiasts and have more makeup and muscle than me lol. Great case nevertheless.

This is an amazing little makeup case. I bought it to replace the original one I had which was broken. This is considerably an upgrade because the trays are made of plastic and not of some sort of board covered in fabric. The bottom portion is quite deep. It comes with 8 dividers to divide the trays up a strap for travel and a key to lock it. And the bottom it also comes with a four-way divider. I don't need any other dividers I have entirely too much makeup but that's not the point. The point is is that I now have a wonderful durable large case to store my makeup in and not have to worry about anything getting broken anymore. The only thing I don't like is that the trays are not as wide as some of my eyeshadow palettes so I have to put them in at an angle and leave them that way. Now, that doesn't mean that I can't close the case because I can still close the case which I'm happy about. If you need a makeup case this is the route to go ladies!

When I had received this pro make up train case, it look and felt sturdy. I love that it had a key. The inside was very spacious. I can store a lot of my make up. The spacing can be adjusted to fit different make up. At the bottom has lots of room for bigger make up items. It came with a strap, so it is easy to travel with. I got a gray color. This is built to last a long time. The bottom had four small tips that sits a little above the floor. When I open the case, it slides open on both sides so I can get my items easy. Overall, I'm very happy with this makeup train case. If you are looking for something professional-quality, spend the money and buy an expensive one at Sephora. For what I paid for this case, I feel I got my money's worth. I gave it 4 stars because my only complaint is that when I go to close it, sometimes the sides don't line up exactly if you're not being careful. Just something to watch out for when you're shutting it. It's not the best quality, but it's not falling apart like I've seen some other people say in reviews. Sturdy enough for me to store and organize all my makeup (with room to spare). The plastic dividers slide in and out, so you can customize the size of the top drawers that fold out, which I love. If you're like me, your makeup is constantly changing, so what you're storing in it should be easily changed also. The bottom compartment that is divided into 4 spaces does have foam dividers (that don't stay perfectly in place, but as long as you don't overstuff it they are fine), but I don't see that as a problem. You cannot move the foam dividers around, but the compartments are a good size and fit all my bigger makeup items easily. We will see how long it lasts, as I just received it and started using it today. Excited to start using it, and pleased with it so far!Oh, a note on the color: Mine is pink, just like the picture shows. A light, pastel pink, not neon pink. Not purple. Just pink. :)UPDATE, APRIL 7th 2015: My train case is still holding up very well (and has survived a long-distance move) and I am considering buying another one because my makeup collection is growing. I spent quite a bit of time searching for a train case for all of my makeup. Especially to use for hauling it all to vendor/ home shows etc. for my makeup business, but did not have a lot to spend because I am just starting my business. So I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Shany Essential Pro makeup case at such a good price. The case itself is fairly large and with the adjustable inserts works perfect for my needs. I love the color and the shoulder strap is amazing ( the pink shade is lighter than the pictures but the strap is the same color as the picture of the case shown so if you don't mind the strap darker than the case then it shouldn't be an issue ) I have only been using it for about 2 weeks and so far love it and I also love the price 😀 Overall it was a great purchase so far. The only con that I have noticed is that it doesn't always line up properly for locking and the trays seem as if they could be a little tighter, but those are minor things to me. If anything changes I will update this review, but if your looking for a large case at a great price then you should definitely order this!!
