Excellent
Probably the healthiest and best tasting instant oats on the market. Simple ingredients with no additives. I take them to work every day. The portion sizes are perfect.

Good multigrain
Oats, Barley, Wheat, Quinoa, and Rye are mixed together but it is mostly oats. I use 2 packs in a large bowl with small handfuls of dried blueberries and raisins. Then I put in 1.5 cups of milk and/or water. I put in more than the packs note because of the dried fruit soaking up some liquid. I microwave it on 70% for about 4 mins. Be sure to stir several times. If I remember I add cinnamon and sugar.The 300+ calories for this dish is filling and is a good size for me. Unlike regular oatmeal this one never seems to get lumpy for me.

I'm an old fashioned oatmeal lover & not and instant. This brand (thick & hearty) fits the bill for the type I like. It is thick & hearty. I mix in fruit, or raisins w/honey & almond breeze (in olace of water)
