Looks like original equipment.
This is a good bed rail cover. Easy to install once you get the old one off. Go slow in removing the OEM rail cover. It can cause the metal to bend where it snaps into the bed. Also make sure you clean the bed top before you install the new one. If your don't the double sided tape won't adhere well. The only issue I have is that the back of the bed corners don't fit as well as the OEM bed rail covers.
