Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, 256GB, Aura Black - Fully Unlocked (Renewed)

Great phone. Been using it across both Korea and the USA. Value for money is really good - screen quality, phone speed, and phone specs are all good. Phone doesn't lag too much.This was my first Galaxy product. I was very satisfied with it. It got 2 years worth out of me, and I decided to upgrade my phone. I would consider another Galaxy in the future.

I bought this phone about 10 months ago in excellent condition and it's my first galaxy note phone and it's by far the best phone ive ever owned. Came with no scratches or dings or defects of any kind other than if you press on the camera lens a lil it made a slight popping sound which wasn't a problem i mean who tf goes around pressing on their camera all day.I used it alot for gaming, a lil mobile gaming but mostly xbox cloud gaming with a ps4 controller with no problems. Been playing cod bo6 and forza horizon 5 on it mostly.Unfortunately i ran my phone over with a forklift about a month ago n broke my screen, i just did an insurance claim n got reimbursed n decided to upgrade to a note 20 ultra since it's the same price as this was when i originally bought it. I originally bought it for $356 before tax n it was worth every penny, i think it's going for $250 rn u can't beat that.BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DURABLE CASE. The screen can hold up to alot but the back cover is pretty weak glass. I put it in a case when i bought it and i switched carriers like 3 weeks later i pulled the phone out of the case to change the sim and the back glass had several giant cracks n i don't even know how i did it i was still babying the phone at the time.Speaking of carriers i used this phone with straight talk and spectrum mobile with no problems.The screen has a bright beautiful picture and the colors are really vibrant.The phone feels solid and the all glass design has a pleasant feel to it. I liked having it out of the case but its glass and i know how i am with phones so i kept it in a case all the time.There's so many features to this phone i was still learning some all the time n i don't feellike listing them all but the one i learned today from the phone repair lady is that even though my screens broke n the touch doesnt work i can still control the phone n do everything like normal using the spen. That would've been great to know ive been controlling it with a ps4 controller for a monthHopefully the note 20 ultra is an upgrade and doesn't feel like a downgrade otherwise I'm coming back to the note 10+

First time buying a refurbished phone not knowing how true "excellent" would be. I must say, the description is right on. The battery isn't as good as expected but the overall phone was as if were brand new. The screen is perfect. The body of the phone is flawless and overall, I've had no issues at all with the phone. If it had a brand new battery I'd have given more than 5 stars.

The renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ works flawlessly and feels like a brand-new device. The 256GB storage is plenty for apps, photos, and videos. Fully unlocked, it works with any carrier. The Aura Black finish looks sleek, and the display is bright and sharp. Battery life is solid, and the S Pen adds extra convenience for note-taking and productivity. A great deal for a high-end phone at a lower price.

I wish I could give this phone less than one star. First of all, the phone arrived, the front screen is cracked at the bottom and the back of the phone is also cracked. It didn't affect the phone's operation, so I said I could live with it. I got in touch with my mobile carrier. Got the phone activated, but the coverage sucks and the phone keeps dropping from the Xfinity network. I called Xfinity to troubleshoot, and they said everything is good on their end. They had me reset the network, and the phone started working for about five minutes before dropping off the network again. I shouldn't have to reset the mobile network every time I want to make a call. I want to return the phone, but I know the seller is going to put up resistance due to the cracked screen. That should've been a dead giveaway that the phone is garbage. On top of that, the battery life sucks. Wi-fi calling is nowhere to be found in the setting (I even called Xfinity for help because I said at least I should be able to use Wi-Fi Calling until I can get another phone and the tech said he doesn't know what to do about that because the setting is not where it should be and a search of the setting pulls up nothing.
