Love these alternative down blankets. Lightweight but warm. Great shade of blue

When this first arrived, the first thing I thought was that it was thinner than I expected. I immediately thought it was prime for a return. As I always do with Amazon, though, I give them a fair shot. After all, they are the king of good customer service and deserve some honor for that. Hence, I used the blanket. Guess what? It won me over! It turned out to be the perfect blanket for what I needed. Seriously. I'm not too hot, and I'm not too cold, I'm just right. Now mind you, it works in conjunction with other coverings, but it worked perfectly for me. It surprised me with it's insulation value and softness. A little bit goes a long way if it's made of the perfect materials for it's use and fits the conditions well. I happily give this 5 stars

I got this for our king size waterbed. I dinged it 1 star, because it is not very wide. Only the narrow binding and one row of box squares overhang on each side. This is standard for waterbed linens, but this is not a waterbed blanket. It is plenty long, though. There are many good points: It is thin, yet added to our other blankets that were not sufficient on their own, this blanket provides the warmth we wanted without the weight. The color is true to the photo on my computer, but that will depend on the monitor it is viewed on. It is very soft, attractive, and of good quality. Overall, we are pleased with this blanket.

I bought 4 of these in different sizes and colors and then one of another brand (my daughter wanted a pink one). These are perfect! I like these better than the pink one. They are soft and very flexible so they wrap around your body comfortably. The satin trim around the edges is as soft as the blanket (the other one had a really stiff border). I have washed two of them now and they came out of the washer and dryer in pristine condition so they hold up well. My son wraps it around himself at nigh insead of using the comforter on his bed. It gets chilly in our house at night but he seems to be comfortable using only this blanket so it must be warm but it is very light weight. Really does feel very much like down. I am very pleased with these blankets. I highly recommend.

This is perfect for summer. And great for winter for those that want light weight. I live in the south and I use ours year round. It's been perfect for our guests. My mom liked it so much that she got one for her.

I was staying at an airbnb and they had this blanket. The blanket was so soft, so warm, so deeply comfortable that I had to search for the tab, and subsequently Amazon, to buy my own. It was waiting at my house by the time I returned from my trip. I ordered a king size for my queen size bed. Suddenly my husband and I aren't fighting for covers all night. Suddenly my too hot husband, and me (his too cold wife) are BOTH a comfortable temperature. Seriously. Read that again. It's like magic. It doesn't make sense. I don't understand it. I want someone smarter than me to explain it with diagrams on a white board. You're gonna take it out of the bag and think "nonsense, this could never keep me warm, it's too thin" but then you will get underneath it, and in a few minutes you will understand. The satin binding on the edges is a nice touch which has so far held up to repeat washings. I love this blanket an unhealthy amount.

Bought this for our master bedroom in the winter to put under our coverlet. It is really lovely. Nice soft material and the satin trim adds a bit of panache. We don't like a really heavy blanket so this is perfect. This blanket looks nice on its own, so could also be used as a bedspread. Highly recommend.2022 Update: I also bought two queen blankets in different colors for the other bedrooms, and the twin sized for sharing on the couch. Still love them all!
