ELMERS 3-1/4 Oz White Probond Wood Filler (E811Q)

Works excellent

Used this to fill holes that bees had bored into our wooden fence, both in the pickets and the posts. Easy to apply, dries nice and hard, and having been several months since doing the job, its all still in place with no crumbling/splitting etc. Have used same product (but different color) in the past for a number of wood filling jobs both indoors and out, and never had any issues with it. Be sure to squeeze/kneed the tube each time before using, as the instructions recommend. This helps disburse the small amount of liquid that forms when not used for a while, mixes the product and gives you nice even consistency. Don't skip this step, as it really does help. Perfectly happy with this item, and would definitely recommend.

Works great. I used this filler on a Fender Stratocaster that I refinished. I've used it on Strat & Tele bodies & neck's as a hole filler, which should not be confused with any 'Filler/Glue' intended for any crack repairs.As for bodies, I have only used it for filling holes & imperfections on bodies that I intended to paint. As for work that would just require lite staining, or lacquering, I would recommend trying it first before using it on an item you intend have the wood grain showing. I did not limit my supply of fillers with this shade alone. I have other fillers, so I have a selection of shades to choose from.

TL;DR - does not work as advertised (or maybe the unit I've received is malfunctioned).Received it yesterday and immediately wanted to use it.Unfortunately it was not in a usable state. First came fluids. Many of them, in oak color. I thought maybe this product is just watery. So I've tried to use it in it's watery form, but it didn't do much.Then there were no more fluid and a much more thick/rich material started to emerge. I believe this was actually the good stuff! worked as advertised and expected, however, it was only for about 2-3". After that nothing came out. By using an extensive amount of force, I was able to extract some more material, but it was hard and dry, in an unusable state.

This worked perfect on my hard would floors. I had a couple burn holes from the wood burning stove. Drilled them out and filled. No issues.

I used it on a new oak threshold I installed. Color math was perfect, dried quickly, very sandable.As other reviewers have stated it is difficult to get out of the tube.

Elmers has made great quality glues and fillers forever. Can't go wrong.
