Versatile, works great!
This adapter covers most needs with the variable power selection and set of adapters included. I have 3 in operation over a long period and have recommended the item to others. No complaints from anyone. Highly recommend this item.

Works great.
Works great. Love how it is easy to adjust the setting but the setting can't be changed accidentally.

finally able to recycle my 30 year collection old wall warts
So nice to have a wide selection of voltage, and plenty of reserve current. I finally got rid of all the wall warts I've collected over the last 30 years since this one can take the place of any of them.

Works great!
This worked perfectly for a replacement of an adapter for a fish tank light.

It worked!!!
I’ve held onto one of my favorite Bluetooth speakers for 7-8 years and recently moved. Unfortunately the cord was lost in the move. I searched Amazon and found this universal ac adapter. It didn’t work at first and thought all was lost until I reread the instructions. I took the key that comes with the set and turned the knob on the plug itself to 20V and IT WORKED!!! Thank god!! I can keep jamming to my favorite Bluetooth speaker.

Works well
I recently used this as a substitute for a missing adapter for a small 9V rechargeable speaker. This adapter successfully charged the battery of the speaker, and one of the included tips was a matching fit for this speaker. You will likely need a flat-head screw-driver or the like to change the voltage (to turn the "dial") on this adapter. The advantage of this approach is that it's very unlikely that the voltage will be accidentally changed to the wrong voltage for the device into which it is plugged.

Something Fishy—Fried My Device
Bought this to use an second power supply for a 400 mA 6V baby monitor. Set the dial to 6v, attached what I believe to be the appropriate adapter tip, then connected to power and plugged into the baby monitor. Baby monitor is instantly fried—permanently ruined, and giving off a scorched smell.I'm no electrical engineer, so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it should have worked right? Either the power supply was not operating at the voltage indicated on the dial, or the baby monitor used some proprietary connector that I don't have. The latter is entirely possible, but the connector sure looks the same to me, and it fit into the port on the monitor just fine. So, there's a possibility that the power supply is not functioning properly, so I can't give 5 stars. But I can't give it a lower rating than 3 stars either, because there is also pretty decent chance I screwed up somewhere. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
