Ita-med Cc-265 Rigid Plastic Cervical Collar with Chin Support, Medium

I might be returning this product. It's not as constricting as a full hared collar, but it's NOT comfortable. The insides are very rigid and not padded (some padding would have helped). I have a normal size 18" neck and the large is small. The velcro closure almost does not reach. If they had placed a little padding to the inside (like the padding on the chin) and added about 2" to the strap, this would have been a great collar. It's a shame that they did not think of this during the manufacturing process. II would NOT recommend. Only treason I still have it is because I'm going to give it another try for one day and I really don't want to go back to the full hard collar.

It appears to be well padded. I found it was only minimal padding. I found it to be rather uncomfortable and have sent it back to the seller.

Fits well , does the job.

I would rate this product most uncomfortable. There’s no cushion or comfort after wearing it, instead it hurts the neck even bad. And moreover is not even accepting returns. It’s a total money waste product.

As it fitted my neck thickness and diameter. There was no consideration of length of neck. Was too high it PUSHED MY RIGHT HEARING AID OFF MY EAR NOT KNOWING. I AM STUCK WITH $450 for a New replacement of my lost hearing aid. Never happened for me in last 24 years. Can I try smaller size as I CANNOT USE THIS ANY MORE I URED IT ONE DAY. CAN I TRY THE LARGE SIZE IN STEAD OF XLARGE I. I appreciate your response by email soon. It helped my neck but cost me a lot by losing the hearing aid

Plastic too hard

Nice quality. Just doesn’t seem to fit me.. hasn’t been worn but I won’t be able to return until I get released in 14-16 days. Wi i’m sorry pretty good is pretty good for being processed. Can I return it then?
