Seems pretty accurate. Would’ve preferred black.
I bought this for my wood stove.There was about a 100*F difference compared to a Meecos Red Devil thermometer from menards.But seems to be within 10*F with an infrared thermometer.Would have preferred black instead of a silver face.

Not accurate at all!
Used this on my smoker grill. it was about 100 degrees off from accurate. measured the surface temperature with my infrared thermometer and it read 225 F. this meter was reading 125 F. I know the 225 F was correct since that is what i set the grill for.
