Q: I see the cheaper Uvex bionic face shield for 10 bucks less. Is the $10 extra for anti-fog worth it?

I honestly can't find the $10 cheaper Uvex face shield your talking about, but I've been using this $30 dollar face shield for months and I have no complaints. Although if you spend $10 less and it fogs on you while you're trying to get things done, $10 extra won't sound so unreasonable in retrospect.

Q: I use angle grinders a lot on the job and have had, on occassion a disk shatter. very dangerous, will this mask 'stop' a disk fragment?

I have had this face shield save me from numerous shattering cutting wheels as well as a wire disk flying apart. The wires stuck in my neck but my face was clear. Nothing is 100% but this is a good shield.

Q: Could you wear a low profile ventilator/mask under this shield without it fogging up?

I wear a n95 paper one with no problem

Q: Why my new anti fog/clear shield comes in green and foggy?

Check to see if there is a thin plastic cover on both sides. Mine was blue. It's there to protect the shield until ready for use. It peels off quite easily once you get it started.
