Moliterno Italian Cheese Aged 6 Months with Truffles, Sold by the Pound

Both cheeses are excellent tasting. Not all may like truffles, but a little is very satisfying. The Manchego is my favorite next to Italian coat cheese (aged) that I can't find in the states anymore. These cheeses are well tolerated by my digestive system as I can't eat processed American cheese without issues.

This cheese is literally my favorite but this seller is awful. It is supposed to have veins of truffle running through it but as you can see in the picture there are none at all, and on top of that it tasted like bile, not the normal amazing taste. I messaged them immediately and got a response of sorry but are return police BS. Do not spend money with this company.

I received this cheese and a case of red wine right before the CV panic. We will survive!!!

A previous purchase was excellent. This purchase arrived and had little to no truffle veins in the cheese. Flavor of truffle was faint.

Killer cheese, if you like strong truffle cheese! It is now a yearly gift to my family!!!

I love truffles. My local supermarket carries this cheese, so when they announced that they have received it, I had to try it. Unfortunately something in the cheese makes me sick. The cheese itself is too salty for my taste, but the truffle flavor is lovely. If it wasn't because it made me sick, it would have gotten more stars. I normally buy other truffle cheeses, so I know the issue is not the truffle but the cheese itself. It made my dog very happy when he ate the rest after my allergic reaction.
