I recently bought a used Bose Wave Radio that did not pick up my favorite station without an antenna. This looked like a good low cost way to enhance my reception and I am very pleased with it. It works just as I hoped. As I have read in other reviews, it is not the most solid piece of equipment out there but it serves my purpose very well.

Product is total junk. Using the included adapter I connected it to my radio and the FM reception is actually worse with it. Furthermore, the antenna will not even stand up straight , it's so poorly constructed it falls over at the hinge. Total junk. Do not buy this .

So far it's working fine and I like that. It comes with different adapters that was very cool.

I bought a second hand Bose wave radio and although it has an internal FM antenna I could hear some static when trying to receive further away stations. It is digitally tuned so it either comes in clearly or it doesn’t, no slight adjustment of the tuning knob is possible.The Bose radio has an antenna port on the back with the screw on style connector. Right from the package, this antenna already has the correct type of connection so all I had to do was plug the center wire in and tighten the outer nut. I positioned it pointing directly up and then did the last 1/4 turn and it stays perfectly vertical. I like that the antenna is rather short and it looks like it came with the radio. The sound is great for all stations now, no static for the distant stations and the closer stations are absolutely crystal clear.A great accessory for my Bose wave radio.
