New World - Steelbook [No Game Included]

Really not much to say about this. If you're interested in buying this then you probably have a pretty good idea what to expect. You can't even get a physical copy of New World so I don't know why Amazon is selling a case for it, but it does come with a fold out map, and I collect steel cases so when I was able to get this for $5 I said sure why not. The quality is good. No complaints to be had about it really. If you like New World and you like steelbook cases, then definitely go for it.

It's a standard collector's edition steelbook case. It's pretty useless except for looking pretty and shiny, but that was the only reason I bought it. (I wasn't able to open on release date, so I got nervous that this was gonna be a flimsy plastic case.)The map on the inside is made out of slightly higher quality paper. But you'll have to mark all the important locations since there's no labels.I had preordered this item and I was hoping to get a cloth map like how other collector edition items are, but overall, it's still a very pretty case.

If you love collecting things to show off on your shelves, this is one you’ll definitely need to pick up. Especially if you like New World. Comes in a tin case, no game obviously, and feels very authentic. And looks great on my shelf! Will be picking up a frame to put the map in. It feels different than your regular paper, this is more soft and high quality. All in all, great purchase and insanely good price.

No game included

I love this case, but I found that Amazon didn't really give us a big map we can show off on the wall. It's about half the size I would want to put up in my gaming room next to my Skyrim map.

I write this review only because I don't understand the negativity and the low star reviews on this product(other than the obvious problems if it was damaged, that makes sense). It's exactly what it says it is on the product page(an empty case) and it is exactly what I expected when buying a steelbook, the same feel and quality of pretty much any other steelbook I have experienced and the map is a nice bonus. With that being said I'm very satisfied with what I received.

As someone who has put 3000+ hrs into this game since launch it was a no brained to pick this up! Nice steel book case & the map is cool. For those that haven’t played since launch give it another go! Tons of quality of life changes along with additional content

For the dumb dumb that reviewed and said it isn’t steel… put a magnet on it… it’s steel.The map is very nice, the steel book will display great. Very nice for only $10!
