If you're Vegan, you'll love it!
I absolutely love the product and it's a regular on my Sundays. If you make it just the way you'd prepare meat curry or chaap, you'd thoroughly enjoy the taste and texture. Tbh..it doesn't exactly mimics real meat yet, but it's around 80% close to it.

This is a good product. The pieces do not get shredded during the cooking process in gravies and curries, and remains whole. Good taste especially when marinated in masalas.
