Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. The deep purple color nozzle is the new packaging and new design. The white color nozzle will be phased out in a few months time. I hope this answers your question. Thank you. NeilMed

Q: Do you need to move the piercings to spray this and do you need to rinse and dry after?

I was originally given this by my piercer and told to 'soak' my piercing with some lint free kitchen Roll and then clean and dry it with a cotton bud. My piercing did move sometimes but I don't think that you should try to force it to move if it's unhealed. I continued purchasing as I had my daith done and it took a while to fully heal.
