Lovely set. The electric kettle is quick and much more quiet than other brands we’ve used historically. The tea set is gorgeous and works perfectly. Excellent Customer Service! The original set we received had a crack, so we requested a replacement and it was sent within 24 hours of making the request. I believe it was at my home within 48 hours.

This kettle heats up super fast and has preset temperatures for different types of tea, which is perfect for a tea lover like me. But the real standout feature? The lid. Most kettles have small, awkward openings that make cleaning nearly impossible—but this one has a fully removable lid with a wide opening, so I can actually clean the inside thoroughly without wondering what’s hiding in the corners. Huge win.It also comes with a handy infuser insert for loose leaf tea, which is a great bonus. The warmer function works well, though I wish it stayed on a bit longer before shutting off—but honestly, I’d rather have a safety feature that errs on the cautious side than not have one at all.Overall, super happy with this kettle. Its great purchase, i like that its have different settings of temperature also it boils pretty fast. It has two filters making it more concentrate it without leaving any leaf behind. I 100% recomended this product.

It's well made and really boils that water. Tea or instant coffee drinkers will appreciate what I mean by this. I've had other kettles that as soon as they start to boil, they shut off. This one continues until you get a full boil going then shuts itself off. I would recommend this to everyone.

It looks good. I have used it a few times now and here are some things I like and some things where it could have been better.I like the following features:1. The base has all the controls with large buttons. When cleaning the kettle, water doesn't impact any of the controls.2. Light weight3. Large wide mouth, easy to clean4. It has settings to brew all the different tea types I likeHere are things that can be improved:1. Button labels are not backlit, there is light around the button.2. Too many parts. The 'Kettle lid' is a concern. It gets hot, so one has to be careful handling it. The only way to remove it is to put a finger inside and pop it. This is a super important part and seals the kettle and the infuser/infuser lid. I am not sure it is durable. I am very worried about this part.3. Only 30 minute 'keep warm' feature. I'd have liked it to have at least 45 minutes - 60 minutes would be best.4. I tried to register the kettle on using the QR code they provided and also the Viante website , only to get a http 404 error on both occasions. That is very bad indicator of how this company handles its support.Other 'nice to have' items:1. I wish the kettle would show the current temperature of the beverage. It only shows the current selection and one has to guess that is the current temperature.2. Overall it doesn't feel sturdy. I am not sure how long it will last and it is an expensive item.

Worth the price! I looked over so many similar teapots on Amazon, as well as Target, Kohl's, Wayfair and decided on this one, and am so happy with the purchase. I am a hot and iced drinker as well as using JOT coffee concentrate which requires hot water. I appreciate the different temperature settings, the keep warm feature and the fact that I can brew a whole pot, keep it warm and do not have to dirty a separate teapot! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this electric kettle. I use it everyday. I haven't tried all of the temperature settings. I typically go with the hottest and wait for my tea to cool. I also like how fast it is to heat up and good to use the heated water for other uses like cleaning or drain clearing, etc. Auto shut off is a great feature. I have this in my coffee bar area and it looks nice and was an excellent purchase.

Pros: nice to look at, well built, heats up quickly, infuses well (I put loose tea in a bag before putting into the infuser so it’s easier to clean up), temperature control is niceCons: the volume of the beeping. And the beeping for everything (buttons, removing the kettle, turning it on, turning itself off). Biggest con for me is when it’s done reaching the set temperature it turns itself off. You have then go and set it to maintain a certain temp for 30 minutes. (It does beep to tell you it’s off). It’d be much better if it defaulted to staying hot for 30 minutes after reaching your set temperature
