These have been a lifesaver in our house! Perfect for my post-surgery recovery. They store easy, freeze easy, and are soft to use. Perfect for anyone going through recovery from an accident or injury and even surgery!

This thing is great, love that is circumferential, gets very cold. The only down side is, true to advertisement, it really does only stay cold cold for 15-20 min. Unlike with other ice packs, you don't have to set a timer to know when to take it off, you'll know because it stops being cold. I prefer for it to stay very cold for the full 20 min icing session. But can't beat the convenience or that it wraps around the whole knee!

You need these if you're sore after working out. They're so convenient to have and easy to slide on. I have two for my knees and two for my elbows at home, and one for my knee I keep at work. My wife gets headaches often, and uses the head one.

I had ACL surgery and had a circulation cold water ice machine that was a dream. But, after a while, the pain isn't as severe and I didn't need it for hours a day. This sleeve is a convenient cold hit (lasts about 30 minutes) when my knee gets sore from PT or more walking, etc. Highly recommend!I'm a 5'6" female with slim legs and the size L is a good fit for my knee.

I ordered this product to treat my tennis elbow, it certainly seems well made it was good for compression. If it is very comfortable, however, it just does not stay cold cold enough. Maybe 10 minutes of COLD. Then another 10 minutes of cool.
