And got the dual vertical arm. Again which top notch in quality. When setting up i was skeptical whether it will hold up but dont doubt it does hold well. The monitor clamps holdong on the back of the monitor does not have any support.. When you move the monitors up and down on the long rod, they drop down so fast you have to be careful to put your hands underneath them. but sometimes even that doesnt help.But yes once you keep in place it does stay in one place if you dont move it but thats because of the weight of the monitor itself, again clamp support would have been better.
