I purchased this book because after my first read from the library, I loved it. It has great information on ferret care and is great for ferret owners of all ages, new owner or seasoned owner. It came brand new at a lower price than some places. You can't never have too much knowledge on anything that interests you.

This is required reading for ferret owners or prospective ferret owners. The 3rd edition expands upon the second thoroughly, filling the gaps and updating out of date information. The author discusses diet in detail and does not try to persuade you in any direction. She simply gives the facts and pros/cons. This book covers literally everything you need to know to properly care for a ferret.

Best, and most updated book on pet ferrets and their husbandry. Arrived quickly, but cover was damaged pretty badly.

I am a first time Ferret owner and this book is amazing! I love how detailed it is and how easy it is to find exactly what I want. There were a few things I was hoping for a little more detail on, but overall this is a great resource to have on hand! I highly recommend this book. I feel much more knowledgeable about ferrets after reading this book and I haven’t even finished it yet! New to ferrets? Buy this book!
