I just recently purchased the Valencia Piacenza Home Theater Seating row of 4 leather recliners and I am quite honestly impressed with the quality alone. On top of that, the setup was easy and took no time to figure out. Once it was all set up, it made the perfect centerpiece for my den and is exactly what I had in mind as to creating my own at-home theater. The comfort level and the leather material is top notch and is easy to clean up especially with kids who may drop a couple of snacks here and there. When reclining the chair, it is so smooth, quiet and it works with ease. Both the headrest and footrest are really sturdy. Additionally, the headrest is very adjustable in terms of how much you want to tilt or elevate it separate from the recliner. Overall, I totally recommend this brand if you are looking for a comfy, stylish and durable recliner!

We bought 5 of these for our theater room 4 years ago. Don't use them much. In the last few months we have had to replace the controllers in 3 of them... 2 four months ago at $50 each, and need to replace one now at $100!!! Also, you must supply their customer support with a lot of information that involves flipping the chair. IF you purchase these:1. Before installing remove the Velcro underside, remove controller and record the serial number of each controller.2. Make sure that the cup light is off when you leave the room!!! These drain the life of the controllers.Fortunately, this began to occur as we are considering reclining chairs for our family room.Update: Customer Service made it "right". Back to feeling good about our purchase

I purchased a Row of 3 Loveseat Right - Piacenza from Valencia Home Theater Seating through Amazon. I normally try to purchase products "ships and sold from" Amazon as much as possible, due to reliable Prime delivery. This order ships and sold from Valencia directly; however, it turned out to be the most joyful purchase experience after the year 2000. The order was placed on Thursday, Aug. 8th, close to midnight. A call was made by a sales representative the next early morning, to confirm contact information, verify exact product, then release it to carrier. Over the weekend, a call from the carrier was initiated to schedule for delivery on Tuesday, Aug 13th. In the meantime, friendly rep responded to inquiries with detailed communication via texts. Yes, 3 boxes arrived in my garage in 5 days (3 business days). A follow-up call came 3 days after delivery to make sure everything is alright.Assembling the seat is easier than getting it out of the box. A QR code launched short video shows you how it's done. After connecting all 3 pieces, the seat looks very modern, sturdy, and comfortable. We have watched about 10 movies on it so far, it's design, quality, and value definitely meet our expectations.Combined with excellent customer services, I would certainly like to make future purchases from Valencia as long as products fit our needs.

I ordered these seats and the very next day a rep texted and asked for my contact information and the same day called to tell me more about my purchase and to see if I had any questions. He answered all of my questions and gave me a delivery date of about 2 weeks. To my surprise they arrived in less than a week. Once unpacking the seats, I was very impressed with the quality of them. Assembly was very simple that a caveman could it. Overall, I am satisfied and would purchase them again.

Whenever I order anything from Amazon that has more than four digits to the left of the decimal, I tend to get a little weak in the knees when I click Buy Now. My brief bit of nerves wasn't just vanquished with the confirmation email, but the confirmation PHONE CALL.Thankfully, Valencia's theater seating is just as great as their customer service. This has been a zero-regrets order and has already provided weeks of theater fun and comfort.We went with the Row of 4 Loveseat Center model. Valencia communicated a clear ship time, and the unit arrived as described in 4 separate large boxes. The delivery is " to the front door" unless you have some extra hootch on hand. In that case, the boxes may travel a little bit further.The hardest part of the setup was getting rid of the boxes. The chairs arrive in two pieces, the bottom and the back. The back easily slides into the receiver on the bottom, and the electric cable connections are clearly marked and easily attached. With a bit of sliding, the chairs latch together. Plug in the power, and you are literally up and running.The chairs are comfortable, and the motors running the head and footrests are quiet. The chairs look fantastic and really set off our dedicated viewing room.If I had a complaint, it's lame. The blue LEDs are too bright. Our 10' projector screen, in a totally dark room, picks up too much of the light. I love the light, as they also illuminate the cup holders, so I'm playing with a few ideas to change the dispersion angle. Of course, this won't be an issue if you are in a lighted room.I really can't say enough about the support team at Valencia. When buying a high-dollar item, you want everything to work; with this purchase, it certainly did.Now, what to watch tonight...
