OVERALL IMPRESSION: After almost two years of occasional use, this three hole punch continues to work fine.REASON FOR PROVIDING REVIEW: Actually, the reason I’m completing this review so long after purchase is because I’m tired of transporting the three hole punch and its power supply back and forth between home and work. I’ve come here today to purchase a second unit.CONSIDERATIONS: At first, I thought I would buy the exact same model, but I think I will look for one that has a locking mechanism, if that exists.DESIRED PRODUCT FEATURE: There is a small slider on the left side front of the unit that allows you to change where the papers’ edge will receive the three holes. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to hole punch documents without realizing that that slider had shifted. That means those documents are no longer lined up with the other documents in the same binder.It can also result in my documents hanging out over the top edge or the bottom edge of the binder. Obviously, the binder is meant to both store and protect documents. Having papers hanging out doesn’t help my mission to maintain an organized home at office. I wish I weren’t always in such a rush that I forget to check the setting, but it happens.After I re-determine what setting I prefer, I could put a little permanent marker mark on the top of the slider tab so it is clear to me when that setting is somewhere other than I intended it to be. Also, I could put some tape on the underside of the slider going from bottom to top, attaching the slider to the base of the entire unit, to help prevent the slider’s shifting from the place I want it to be. Of course, when you put the device away it can be nice to close that shifter bar completely to make the unit a little more compact. However, the entire unit isn’t that big to begin with, so that usually isn’t an issue. I’ll see what other features are out there before deciding if I’ll make a repeat purchase or find a different style or brand.# OF SHEETS LIMIT: Pay attention to whatever limits the unit states it has regarding the number of pages that it can handle / punch simultaneously. This is not an industrial strength device; it really is meant for light use.BATTERIES: Though I don’t believe I’ve used my three hole punch with batteries yet, it is a nice feature in the event one may want to work somewhere without ready access to an electrical outlet.COLORS AVAILABLE: I don’t remember what colors were available when I purchased my three hole punch, but I’m hoping they have other options now. It’s kind of fun to have something other than a standard black color for office equipment. My desk and bulk of my desk pad are black, so any other black items on my desk blend in too easily and make those items hard to find. That being said, I chose the green color shown in the picture, which possibly was the only color available when I ordered? It’s not the worst color in the world, but it definitely is not my favorite. The important part is the device works as advertised

So much easier than any type of hole punch. The only thing that is confusing is where the paper length tool is located. But that is minor compared with a hole punch or manual 3-hole punch. Saves a lot of time and effort.

Is as advertised. Easy to use. Very sturdy! Just a light press of the button. Very accurate. Adjustment was simple and cuts all the same on your papers. I did up to 15 pages at once, no jamming. Good quality. Heavy enough to not shift during work, has gripper feet.

I thought I was taking a chance on this product - thought yeah heavy duty - right - we'll see about that - it could just be flimsy junk. Boy it is SO NOT! I couldn't imagine this holding up to the monster I replaced with it - I am here to tell you it does and then some! Surprisingly fantastic! It delights me every time!By now you can tell that I am a diehard paper puncher - I keep a ton of docs in binders vs. file folders. I'm not abusing it by stuffing in more pages than it's specified to handle so I am not trying to test it or break it! Sure, one could argue it takes longer to punch the sheets if you have a ton to do (I often do) - so you just do batches. No I don't sit there and count out exact numbers of sheets - I do it by feel or eyeballing the batch - if they slide in easily and you're not shoving it in there you're fine. It's easy to monitor since you can tell just by the visual that it looks about right where the holes will ultimately lie on the pages. If the batch is in at an angle than take a sheet or two out and reposition straight and fully in the unit . You'll be able to figure it out very easily. And I saved the best for last - when you push the punch button you know exactly what this little beast is made of. The confident whirring sound is solid and unhesitating - and the cut is perfect and complete every single time. This little wonder has a job to do, it knows it and it doesn't fail. I love this thing. (I know. Office supply junky. Yes it's true). So far I've resisted the urge to buy a couple more in different colors (I am pretty much a basic black office supply girl) but when I quickly learned how powerful this thing is I thought - man - I could have one for the home office, one for the office office and hmmm perhaps one for the car since it's also battery operated! But then I decided that was not just a little obsessive but ridiculously so, and I worried that I was developing an unhealthy relationship with an inanimate office staple (office pun, see what I did there*) but it's easy to see why! I may just take the plunge and do it. Get more, but not for the car, maybe for the bathroom lol (yeah I do multitask and sometimes bring papers in with me to sort and prep for filing!) Have not tried the battery power - why? I like it plugged in, it's kept very conveniently located to a close power supply/outlet where I keep it, so why mess with perfection? Moreso, why tempt myself for getting one for the car and risking a ticket or six? It's bad enough we can't text and drive anymore.... I can see it now.... yes your honor, guilty - I was absolutely punching and driving. I do keep thinking about the blue one though... we'll see....* Yeah I bought a Bostich something or other but forgot about it. I remembered when I realized how much it hurts the bases of my arthritic thumbs when I use the manual stapler. I punch a lot more than I staple. But now that I remembered I got the thing I'll fire it up and report on it later. Note: Clearly I am not nearly as enamored with auto staplers as I am about paper punchers. Now if only I could get my stupid multi function printer scanner copier faxer to work with my laptop as awesomely as the paper puncher works with me, I would be absolutely unstoppable! OK that's enough review, I must go back to prepping my papers for their homes in their binders!!

Perfect addition to my office. Quick and accurate! Sturdy, but not heavy.

The product does what it says it would do. The need for a electric hole puncher is debatable. Unless you have medical condition like a damage wrist, the ordinary hole puncher would do as well.

Come quickly, lightweight, and effective. Punches several sheets at a time for quick processing.
