It works & very happy with results!

I have suffered with chronic fatigue for decades. There was a doctor who wrote several articles and at least one book about how he beat this disease. One supplement he recommended was D-Ribose. I'm better than I used to be but still not normal. When there is something I really want to do, or have to do, I take a heaping teaspoon of this in a glass of water and I'm off. It gives me a smooth non-jittery energy that lasts for about 6 to 8 hours. I can sleep normally that night and I don't feel horrible the next day unlike some energy supplements or drinks. I don't take it every day so I can't say how my body would react to every day use. If you suffer from low energy this is worth a try for sure.

The product itself is good. I’ve bought it several times. It used to come in a short wide container. The last time I ordered it, it came in a tall narrow container. Once I used up about half of it, I realized that I can’t fit my hand into the container to reach the scoop. I’ve been keeping the scoop outside of the container, but as the supplement gets used up, it’s also hard to reach what’s left. I gave it four stars because this container is not efficient at all. I hope they will go back to the short wide container that’s much easier to use.

i was a little wary of trying this brand, because it seems like the majority of d-ribose on the market is sourced from china, even if it’s prepared and packaged in the usa, but i was desperate and couldn’t find any better options that would arrive as quickly.despite my misgivings, it’s an undeniably good value, as this is more than double the portion i received with a ‘medical professional’ brand, at roughly half the cost, and that includes a professional discount.i was very pleasantly surprised! my symptoms started improving on the very first day, and 3 days later, i would say i’m feeling about 70% better. i’m also taking a bunch of other supplements, including quercetin, zinc, ashwagandha, turmeric, vitamin d, and vitamin c. but i’ve been taking most of those things regularly, and this was the only new thing i added, so i think i can attribute at least a large portion of my improvement to the d-ribose.the speed and depth of my recovery definitely feels borderline miraculous, and i will now be keeping d-ribose in my arsenal of supplements forever!

I like the fact that it’s tasty and good for my muscles. Recommended by my trainer. It blends easily with no grittiness. It gives me energy.

So d-ribose powder is supposed to help with fatigue and low energy, which is why I ordered this product. I saw absolutely no results after using this product faithfully for 3 weeks. The remainder of the product just went to waste because I no longer used it. Maybe you have to use it longer I'm really not sure, but I have never taken any other supplements that you did not feel the effects in a couple of days. So, I am giving this product only 3 stars which is probably too generous.

Same great product, but new size package is 2x as tall, same short scoop. Annoying but doable.
