The product arrived in about three weeks well packaged as is typical with A One Limited. I started on the first bottle, one flat teaspoon twice a day, mostly on an empty stomach as it suggests in the instructions on the bottle.I've now gone through the first bottle, about 2 1/2 weeks of use, and I conclude that it works. I had been taking one proton pump inhibitor (PPI) in the morning (Rabeprazole, 20mg) and one H2 blocker at night, because the PPI didn't work long enough. After taking the Avipattikar Churna for a few days I stopped taking the H2 blocker at night and I've felt no difference from before I stopped - in other words, reflux was controlled with the PPI and the Avipattikar Churna. I'll update this review if things develop further.

A little of this powder, consumed with water, alleviates the acidity within 10 minutes.
