This bit did the job with ease!
Before purchasing, I read plenty on this bit as well as the reviews, so I find it important to leave an honest review for others to help them with their purchasing decisions. That being said, I was hopefully optimistic with nervous reservations because the rock I was drilling was hard like Granite and already claimed the life of 1 bit of another brand that had a defect, so I had some reservations. I bought this and 3 other bits, but never had to change bits, just this one was all I needed and drilled about 15 holes without trouble or getting dull.I'd definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone drilling through hard rock #7 on the Moh's scale at least or less!

Absolutely the Best Rotary Bit for solid surface material
Several Diablo purchases. Hate posting positive reviews because everyone will buy them which will increase costs as demand increases. But these things are nearly indestructible.

Perfect bit for my needs
Had to install a bunch of rebar stubs and this bit made for easy work. I like the four cutting heads design. I have many of both two and four for the hammer drill and the roto-hammer, and I find the four cutters works a bit better. And this bit made it so easy. Normally I would use the roto-hammer with its heft to drill the holes, but I wanted to give the smaller hammerdrill a try this time. With this bit the time per hole was almost identical and there was no fatigue at all. Good bit.
