Several reviewers downgraded this product citing broken on arrival, difficult to install, doesn't fully cover screen or that it covers buttons etc on the screen, and that it has rough edges.NONE of those complaints true for me.There is a very, very small gap (1 mm) between the side of the cover and the edge of the phone. I wouldn't want it any larger as it would interfere with the installation of my spigen rubber protective cover (which is also a great product).I suspect that the critics who stated that their glass cover was broken upon receipt might have broken it accidentally when opening the packaging that contains it. The package is, in fact, a bit difficult to open and if one were to twist it in the process of opening it, it would most definitely break the glass. I used a thin knife to insert between the tow edges of the plastic packaging to separate them so as not to twist the packaging.Finally, if you follow the installation video exactly, the glass installs perfectly. The process is ingenious in that they supply adhesive tabs to position the glass so that in the final step everything is in place and there is no chance for fingerprints or dust to be left between the protective glass and the phone screen. The you press on the middle of the protective screen as described in the final step of the instillation video, you can see it suck down on the phone screen almost like magic. Zero bubbles.COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER, BUT...AS THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY...WATCH THE VIDEO A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE YOU START THE INSTALL

I had cracked my old screen protector and needed a new one. These are nice and solid and feel well made. They had the stuff to clean and apply them. They went on easily and work beautifully. I think they're even thicker than the old ones I got that Verizon recommended when I bought the phone new years ago. Great protectors at a great price and you get 2 of them in case you crack one like I did.

Some might also find glass a bit thick compared to plastic protectors.> Other Notes: Great product, but surprised the protector leaves a noteworthy channel-gap between the phone's LCD screen and the aluminum edge. Not going to complain much, as it protects the important part of the phone. Recommend being overly vigilant about dust, and dusting it again after test-fitting and hinging the screen with tape before pressing it down. Kit includes two sets of microfiber cloths, tape-hinges to ensure alignment stays on point with instillation, sticky dust removers, and alcohol prep-pad wipes. Will update review if needed.

Oh my gawd this product is amazeballs! It tells you to watch a video before installing. The video was super helpful. Watch it. Don't skip this step. Spend the extra time like it advises in the video. Let your inner perfectionist come out. In the end you will be super happy with the results.You get alcohol wipes to clean the screen, a screen cloth to wipe it down, a circular sticker to pick up lint from the screen and fancy guide stickers to aid in installation. Then once you peel the back sticker off of the glass screen, the guiding stickers basically to the rest. It was kind of mesmerizing watching it adhere to the screen. Watching the center adhesion slowly spread out to the corners. I wanted to do it again! Good thing it comes with 2 and we have another phone to do!!Good thing to note it does not go to the very absolute edge of the screen. Works out well if you have a phone case. (side note everyone should have a phone case quit cracking your screens on the edges people) Hope you all enjoy installing it like I did. Shipping was super fast 1 day. SWEET!!!

This is my first glass screen protector. I bought it the beginning of October, so I've had it on my phone for just over three months and I LOVE it. I'll never go back to plastic. It's still as crystal clear as the day I bought it. ZERO scratches.It was very easy to put on since an alcohol wipe, sticky tape little thingy, and clothe were provided with easy to read instructions. Now, I did end up getting two specks of dust stuck between the glass protector and screen (my own fault, it was a windy day and I didn't follow instructions completely about using the sticky tape thingy as you lay the glass down), but it doesn't bother me.All edges are still sealed with no pealing (I've seen friends who have a glass screen protector and their edges start peeling... not mine!!). I don't think I'll be using the second protector, but it's good to have just in case.BONUS Feature: So, this was not listed but... It's a self-cleaning glass screen protector! Seriously! The screen will get all marked up by my fingers, but when I put it in my pant's pocket and go about my business I then go to get my phone out and the screen is perfectly clean. Not a spot on it!!! But it only works when it's in your pocket.Hahaha
