The product was in good condition. Great flavor. I rehydrated in hot water.

I used these in a chicken casserole with poblano sauce. I cleaned and hydrated them with the chicken. Then took the peppers out to blend with the sauce. Yum!Would recommend and will buy again.

A terrific chile pepper with many uses.

They are flavorful but they aren't completely dried. I hope they don't get moldy later.

Used these in a braising broth for some quesa birias. These worked great
