A decent upgrade for beginners and intermediate students
I purchased this bow to replace my current one. I didn't want to break the bank, as I just picked up the violin again and not sure how much time I have to invest on it. My current bow is quite light and thin sounding so wanted something somewhat better. The bow seems well made and, while heavier than my current one, it is not too heavy. It provides deeper tone and more control so it is a good upgrade and a great value for money. It would be able to do it's job for a few more years but if going to more advanced grades, I'll probably need something better.

it is so long that I had a doubt: I feared you might have sent me a cello bow by mistake, I am only a beginner but the good quality of your bow might encourage me to practice.

NEEDS POWDERED ROSIN TO COAT THE HAIRS
I love the look of it but it wouldn't play to start with even using hard rosin but a bow maker I know gave me some powdered rosin and it now plays

Quality and Fairly priced
Very pleased with this bow. Lovely balance and well made. Looks good as well. Cheaper bows available without the quality .
