If you have sinus, allergies, etc. This works great to thin out mucous. Have recommended to everyone I know. Can't remember how long I have used this brand but years.

May have gotten rid of my lung nodules
In August 2020, 2 small nodules were detected at the top of one of my lungs. I researched herbs/supplements for lung health. I took 2 of these a day and 4 years later, no nodules were detected in recent scans. I got no treatment, and never talked to a doctor about the nodules, the scans were for other reasons. I don't think any docs were concerned when the nodules were detected on the CT. But they are gone now. I am dropping to just 1 a day of these for lung health maintenance. No reason not to. This is an herb, and that's just a plant. So, it's just food. Yes the nodules might have gone away by themselves, but no harm in being proactive. My body responds well to herbs.

I feel that this product helps with congestion . Mullen is known for its medicinal properties and this product does not disappoint !

Mucus releaser
They work well. I was full of mucus and I felt the difference after a few days of taking them. I purchased some for my entire house and my mother. Grateful they are capsules, they are easy to swallow, has no smell or taste. I haven’t noticed any side effects.

Not helpful for me
7/21/2025 changed 1 star to 3 stars because it could be helpful for others. It just wasn't helpful to me.Wasn't helpful. I used this bottle of supplements and a liquid. Neither were helpful.

Good herbal product
Mullen is good for the lungs amazing product. Especially when you have a cold.
